Cook Your Greens and Eat Them, Too!

Note: This special fundraising event for Slow Food Seacoast will precede an open-to-all greens-themed potluck dinner at 5:30 pm (see Potluck Dinners on the Events page) and a meeting at 6:30 pm.

You know you should “eat your greens” … but do you really know how to cook ‘em? Join Kathy Gallant, Blue Moon Market & Café owner and chef, in the kitchen for a  hands-on cooking demonstration. Participants will prepare dishes to be served at the Slow Food Seacoast potluck gathering that evening.

The cooking class is limited to 15 participants. Please RSVP to Alison if you would like to attend. The class fee of $15 will cover all supplies.
