Farmer to Consumer Workshop

Wendy Berry of Lasting Legacy Farm has put together a workshop focused on helping food consumers learn from farmers - with tips on using farm products more efficiently and even producing some of your own food. The workshop will be held Saturday, January 24, 2009, from 9:30 AM - 3:00 PM, at McIntosh Atlantic Culinary Academy in Dover, NH. Below is the workshop and discussion agenda.
