Looking for something to do this weekend? Why not head up to Manchester for the New Hampshire Farm & Forest Exposition? Billed as “New Hampshire’s Greatest Winter Fair,” the Expo features workshops, panels, cooking demonstrations featuring NH products, kids activities, wildlife and animal-husbandry talks, and plenty more. Many of our Slow Food participants will be panelists, vendors, or presenters there, so be sure to say hi. Program hours are Friday, Feb 2. 9 AM- 8 PM, and Saturday, Feb. 3, 9 AM - 4 PM.
